The terms and conditions governing our services

Welcome to ZipCargo. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZipCargo services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

ZipCargo provides logistics and shipping services including:

  • Air freight and express delivery
  • Sea freight (FCL and LCL)
  • Road transport and cross-border shipping
  • Pet and animal transport
  • Warehousing and customs clearance

3. Shipment Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate sender and recipient information
  • Ensuring packages comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Proper packaging of items to prevent damage during transit
  • Declaring accurate contents and values for customs purposes
  • Obtaining required permits for restricted items including animals

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Hazardous materials without proper declaration
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Any items prohibited by destination country laws

5. Insurance & Refundable Fees

ZipCargo offers optional cargo insurance. All insurance premiums and processing fees are fully refundable upon successful delivery of the shipment with no claims made. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of delivery confirmation.

6. Liability

ZipCargo liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable insurance coverage. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are due before shipment processing begins. Refundable deposits are returned upon fulfillment of the specified conditions outlined in your invoice.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services should first be directed to our customer support team at zipcargo99@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
